The white anti-stick interior of the Biolux Kerama pan is made from ceramic, which does not come into contact with toxic materials during its manufacture. There are therefore no health risks.
Lotus effect
Water drains away in droplets and takes all the particles on the surface with it. The effect is caused by the complex microscopic and nanoscopic structure of the surface, which minimises adhesion. So no food is left stuck to the pan and the pan is very easy to clean.
