The Belgium made Secret Spring Pillow is filled with 21 unique soft springs made from especially formulated visco-elastic foam. The design of the springs is so advanced, they have been granted a European patent!
Unlike the majority of regular pillows, our revolutionary Secret Spring Pillow adapts to the contours of your head and neck, whatever position you sleep in. Each spring inside the pillow is designed to ‘squash’ when weight is applied and ‘stand tall’ in areas where support is needed, like under the neck! Plus the springs unique material & structure enable them to spring back into shape night after night!
Unlike solid visco-elastic foam pillows, air can pump through the ‘Secret Springs’ just like bellows, keeping you cooler & calmer throughout the night! What’s more, both the pillow and its removable 100% cotton case are machine washable at 40°; great news for you; bad news for dust mites!
Material:
Springs: The Secret Spring Pillow is filled with 21 unique soft springs made from especially formulated visco-elastic foam.
Paper Layer: The springs are surrounded by and bonded to a thin layer of very soft polypropylene paper. This keeps them in place, preventing them from moving out of place.
Polyester Fiber Layer: The next layer is a unique type of wadding, developed especially for the Secret Spring Pillow. It’s a high quality hollow silicone polyester fibre.
The fibres are not stuck together like other polyester wadding; instead consist of millions of independent fibres, lying in all directions. They’re not joined so have the ability to glide over each other, mimicking real feathers! This wadding can be ‘puffed up’ just like regular feathers!
Paper Layer: Another layer of very soft polypropylene paper encloses the polyester wadding.
Guaze: This mesh layer acts like an intermediary surface between the cotton case on top and paper layer below, to prevent any undue abrasion when the head moves across the pillow night after night.
