Snap N Slice
The Genius 7-pcs Snap N Slice Set is your ultimate kitchen aid for any slicing job in your kitchen.
The Snap N Slice makes it easy to prepare fruits, vegetables, sausages, cheese etc.
The Japanese stainless steel serrated blades evenly slice whole tomatoes without crushing!
The serrated blades instantly cut through all foods and make easy and fast prep work in a snap !
Due to the easy exchange of the blades you can optionally cut thick or thin slices with one device !
If the food slide guide is inserted the Genius Snap Slicer cuts 7 equal slices with 6 stainless steel
blades. After exchanging the food slide guide with the additional 5-blade insert 11 stainless steel
blades are cutting 12 thin slices.
With the Snap N Slice you can easily cut your food into uniform slices directly into a
dish, a pot or onto a plate:
- Boiled potatoes for fried potatoes. potato casseroles or "au gratin"
- Tomatoes for tomatoe salad, for topping meals, for putting on slices of bread or pizza
- Hard boiled eggs for egg salad or sauces, for topping meals or putting on slices
of bread
- Cucumbers for salads, topping meals, breads
- Mushrooms for suaces, salads or pizzas
- Cheese for topping salads, casseroles of "au gratin"
- All fruits: strawberries, apples, pears, kiwis, pineapples, grapes, plums, apricots etc.

ATTENTION:
- Cutting of hard potatoes, raw carrots, stem cabbage, etc. could damage the serrated
blades ! This is not recommended and will damage the functionality of the slicer !
Parboiling or blanching raw of hard vegetables will help to easily cut and slice hard
vegetables
- Do not use the Genius Snap N Slice without the protective frame or the additional
blades insert, as food residue could be pressed into the spaces of the slicer.
The food residue would be hard to remove and could hamper the insertion of the protective frame or the
additional blades insert.
Cleaning & Maintaining:
- Wash by hand under running water or in the dish-washer with normal degergents
- Do not use abrasive pads or aggressive chemical cleaners
- To achieve a 100% cleaning effect, clean the Genius Snap Slicer and the Genius Wedger
in an opened position
